Anyone entering Japan must have a valid passport. In addition, participants from particular countries must have a visa issued by Japanese Embassy or Consulate Generals in their countries. Consult your local Japanese Embassy or Consulate Generals as to whether or not a visa is required. It could sometimes take more than a month to obtain a visa. The Secretariat can issue a letter of invitation and necessary documents upon request to those who need a visa. In order to issue an invitation letter, participants must complete the registration beforehand.

On June 5, we will take participants to Kakegawa castle and Toshou Shrine. The former is the replica of original exactly reproduced according to an architecture document remaining; the latter shrine is the genuine original as old as about 400 years, which has been designated as a national treasure. The participants from abroad can touch Japanese history and unique architectures. After the visit to the castle and shrine, you will join at Tsumagoi Resort, where you will enjoy a dinner with live music and wonderful attractions.
