Hamamatsu city is located in the middle of Tokyo ana Osaka. In addition, the meeting venue is very close to the Hamamatsu Main Station; it takes only 2 minutes by walk. The area is the center of Hamamatsu City with many stores and restaurants.

The most convenient way to reach the meeting venue is the flight to Nagoya International Airport (Central Japan International Airport, NGO); from the airport, you can take limousine bus directly bound for Hamamatsu Station (2-h ride).
