Please use the restaurants inside and near the meeting venue. Light meals will be provided at the Luncheon Seminars (limited numbers).
Free beverage service counter is available in Room J (Room 301-304, 3rd Floor).
Box lunches will be provided at the Luncheon Seminars. As numbers are limited, tickets will be issued (on a first-come-first-served basis) at the Luncheon Seminar Ticket Desk (Entrance Hall, 2nd Floor) in the morning of each Luncheon Seminar.

There are no tickets for the Morning Session, so please come to the room directly. Light breakfast will be provided to 50 participants on a first-come-first-served basis.

Technical Presentations by the exhibitors will be held in Room J (Room 301-304, 3rd Floor) during lunch time on March 23 (Wed). Light meals will be provided at the technical presentation booth on a first-come-first-served basis.

A cloakroom service is available at Room 211+212, 2nd Floor, Conference Center, Pacifico Yokohama. Please note that we cannot keep any valuables, fragile items, and umbrellas.

The Annual Meeting Outstanding Presentation Prize is selected from oral presentations. This prize targets young researchers, and the presentations are selected from a pre-screening process. The names of the prize winners will be posted at Entrance Hall, 2nd Floor, Conference Center, Pacifico Yokohama by 17:30 on March 23 (Wed). The prize winners will be announced to the attendees in Room A (Room 501+502, 5th Floor, Conference Center, Pacifico Yokohama) at 11:40 on March 24 (Thu).
