Symposium Outline

1. Registration

The registration and information will be located at the Foyer (12F) in the Osaka International Convention Center. Please be sure to complete registration procedures before participating in any of the official symposium sessions and events.

Students and Graduate students are required to submit an official letter or a document for identification. Please send it by fax or e-mail (PDF file) to the secretariat office. (Fax: +81-6-6377-2075/ e-mail: ismrc2011@secretariat.ne.jp).

2. Exhibition

A commercial exhibition will be held at the Foyer (12F) in the Osaka International Convention Center, from September 21 (Wed.) to 23 (Fri.).

3. Lunch

For the Luncheon Seminars, boxed lunch will be served in the seminar rooms. Please check the program for the Luncheon Seminars.

4. Name Badge

Name badge issued at the registration must be worn at all times to ensure admission to sessions, social events and meals. Please note that access will not be permitted into any of the Symposium areas without name badge.

5. Official Language

The official language of the conference is ENGLISH. No simultaneous translation will be available at the conference.

6. Message Board

A message board will be placed near the registration desk. Please check it regularly to be informed when any important information is announced.

7. Dress Code

The dress code for all sessions is smart casual. (no tie)

8. Smoking Policy

Smoking is prohibited in the venue. Smoking areas are located outside the Main entrance.

9. Mobile phone

As a courtesy to speakers and other delegates, we request that all mobile phones are in silent mode or switched off before entering sessions.

10. Lost and Found

Please visit the registration desk for lost and found.

11. Cloak

Cloak is located at the Foyer (12F)

12. Meeting Policies

  • 1. Photographing and audio recording without permission are prohibited.
  • 2. Eating and drinking during the sessions are prohibited.
    (Luncheon Seminars are excluded.)
