For the Luncheon Seminars, boxed lunch will be served in the seminar rooms. Please check the program for the Luncheon Seminars.
Name badge issued at the registration must be worn at all times to ensure admission to sessions, social events and meals. Please note that access will not be permitted into any of the Symposium areas without name badge.
The official language of the conference is ENGLISH. No simultaneous translation will be available at the conference.
A message board will be placed near the registration desk. Please check it regularly to be informed when any important information is announced.
The dress code for all sessions is smart casual. (no tie)
Smoking is prohibited in the venue. Smoking areas are located outside the Main entrance.
As a courtesy to speakers and other delegates, we request that all mobile phones are in silent mode or switched off before entering sessions.
