Guidelines for Submitting Abstract
We are providing online abstract submission system.
The general abstract submission is now closed.
Now only invited abstracts could be submitted.

- Authors will receive automatic acknowledgement of receipt of abstracts.
- Abstract acceptance and program scheduling will be communicated to presenting author's e-mail address.
- Please do not send multiple submissions of the same abstracts.
- If you are unable to use this method, please contact the Conference Secretariat.
Type of presentation
- Presentations are to be made by Scientific Oral Presentation, Scientific Poster Exhibit, Case or Educational Poster Exhibit. When you submit the abstract, you may choose which type of presentation you would like to make.
- After we examine the abstract, note that we may ask you to change the method of presentation, if necessary.
Scientific Oral Presentation
- Presentations are to be made by PC (Windows/Mac).
- If your presentation is to be made by Mac, please bring your PC.
- Please use Power Point as the application software for your presentation. After notifying you of the acceptance of your abstract, we will inform you of the details by e-mail.
Scientific Poster Exhibit/ Case or Educational Poster
Poster discussion will be held during the Congress. After notifying you of the acceptance of your abstract, we will inform you of the schedule time and rules of your presentation by e-mail.
Note:
- The upper half and lower half of the panel have the same dimensions: 116 cm in width and 90 cm in length (each).
- Please prepare your poster according to theses size guidelines. Please refer to the poster sample shown below.
ASCI 2009 the Best Poster Award
ASCI 2009 provides the Best Poster Award (Magna Cum Laude, Cum Laude, Certificate of Merit) to the authors who display and present their work most effectively.
Awards winners will be announced during the banquet on June 5 (Fri.).

- Authors are reminded that the Congress language is English.
- Please make sure that you have used the official abstract format.
- Abstract submitted via the website may be edited online until
